Production Process: For best results, mix ingredients at room temperature. Preparation and baking time: 20 minutes. Cooling time: 1.5 hours. Cream softened butter and sugar until mixture is smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix well. Add half of the flour and mix well. Then add the rest of the flour, mix and knead until a soft dough mixture. Divide the dough into two equal portions and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Once chilled, roll out the dough on a baking sheet to a thickness of 5 mm and cut out your pattern. Lightly flour the surface of the dough, the cutter and the rolling pin. For best results, chill further for half an hour before baking. Bake at 170 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool before decorating and serving
